Job Summary
Retail Associate responsibilities include customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, inventory management, processing donations, sorting and pricing merchandise, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation. Duties include receiving donations, sorting and tagging items, handling transactions, and providing customer assistance. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends; education of high school or equivalent is expected, with cashiering experience considered a plus. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 6 months related experience or training is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior cashiering experience is a plus
