Job Summary
Retail Associate in a Miami, FL store responsible for customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, inventory management, and cleaning. Duties include receiving donations, processing and tagging merchandise, conducting sales transactions, managing cash and card payments, assisting customers, pricing merchandise, and supporting store operations. Requires high school or equivalent education, with 6 months of related experience desirable; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
- 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior cashiering experience is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic devices
