Job Summary
Retail Associate at a store handling customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, and inventory tasks. Responsibilities include receiving donations, processing items, cashiering with proper handling of voids/discounts/refunds, cleaning duties, and delivering customer service to enhance store operations and community image. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Education: high school or equivalent; experience is desirable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
- 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior cashiering experience is a plus
