RETAIL ASSISTANTS

Manage incoming purchase orders from vessels, negotiate prices with suppliers, and evaluate quotations for approval. Liaise with the warehouse, port agents, and vessel managers to ensure on-time delivery and maintain the supplier database. Provide forwarding instructions for service and repairs, handle custom clearance, and keep all stakeholders updated on practical arrangements. This Junior Executive role requires a self-motivated professional with at least three years of marine industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP systems like DANOS. Full-time position with salary commensurate to experience.
