Retail Assistant - WHSmith

Greet customers with a warm welcome, process orders efficiently, and deliver brand standards while resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset. Receive deliveries, replenish displays to ensure product availability, and maintain a clean, tidy workspace. Supervise adult gaming areas and work with colleagues to foster teamwork. Prepare the store for the following day's trade. This role involves 35 hours per week at Reading Services, M4 motorway, Burghfield.
