Job Summary
Oversee retail and production activities to ensure goals are met in sales and production while enforcing Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures. Handle guest transactions, respond to complaints with urgency, and greet guests within 10 feet. Enforce cash register and transaction procedures, correct errors, and manage inventory through rack rolling, maintenance, and stock rotation. Complete administrative tasks including daily/weekly/monthly reporting, opening/closing procedures, and stock on hand reporting. Assist with staff meetings, follow-up on Store Visit Reports, and action plans. Requires standing, stooping, or lifting 20-100 pounds; availability for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended periods
- Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance
- Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job
- All positions require the completion of a background check

- High School/Equivalent
- 0-2 years previous experience
