Lead by example on the sales floor, hitting your own KPIs for productivity, average dollar, and units per sale while coaching the team daily. Help maintain visual merchandising, stock flow, and store standards, and step in to run the store when your Store Leader is absent. Build genuine customer relationships to drive repeat business and grow the team's performance.
