Job Summary
Lead the store's daily operations by mentoring staff to achieve sales targets, overseeing inventory and visual merchandising, and managing opening/closing procedures. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while resolving customer concerns and addressing operational challenges. Occasionally assist with peak operations by lifting up to 50 lbs. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to support seamless customer service delivery.
