Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to ensure product displays meet high standards for style and innovation. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs during peak operations. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. This role supports the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership within Skechers retail locations.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
