Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to ensure product displays meet high standards for style and innovation. Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes, occasionally lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. during peak operations. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Must be able to perform each job responsibility satisforiously
- Must be able to perform each essential function of this job
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
