Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays meet high standards for style and innovation. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and oversee store systems including scheduling and opening/closing procedures. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. during peak operations. Report to the Management Team in all areas of operations management to ensure seamless customer service delivery and store profitability.

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
