Job Summary
Lead the store's daily performance by mentoring employees to achieve sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels, oversee restocking processes, and ensure product displays meet brand standards for style and innovation. Operate store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. during peak operations. This role supports the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership within Skechers retail locations.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
