Job Summary
Lead the store's daily operations by mentoring employees, managing inventory, and executing visual merchandising standards to drive sales and profitability. Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and peak store support, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Resolve customer concerns proactively and implement performance strategies to exceed revenue targets. Maintain a respectful, inclusive environment while ensuring seamless service delivery. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
