Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays meet high standards, monitor stock levels, and manage restocking processes to create a seamless shopping experience. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes, occasionally lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets, proactively addressing operational challenges and resolving customer concerns. Requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays; starting rate $22.18.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
