Job Summary
Lead store operations by mentoring staff to achieve sales goals, managing inventory levels, and ensuring visual merchandising meets brand standards. Oversee daily systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and peak-hour support, while proactively resolving customer concerns and driving revenue growth. Occasionally lift boxes up to 50 lbs. during busy periods. Requires weekend, evening, and holiday flexibility.
