Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in Skechers retail operations by mentoring and motivating team members, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory and visual merchandising standards, managing scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring product displays meet brand standards, monitoring stock levels and restocking, and addressing operational challenges while maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
