Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Skechers responsible for supporting the Management Team across operations and team leadership. Drive store performance through coaching and mentoring employees, oversee visual merchandising and inventory management, manage store systems (scheduling, opening/closing), and support peak operations with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs.). Implement performance-driven sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance customer service, while fostering a respectful, inclusive environment and ensuring brand standards are maintained during daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
