Retail Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation by managing visual merchandising. Monitor stock levels, oversee restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to create a seamless shopping experience. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. during peak operations.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
