Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to ensure displays meet high standards for style and innovation. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes, occasionally lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. This role supports the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

- Support peak store operations by occasionally lifting and moving boxes (up to 50 lbs.)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
