Job Summary
Retail Assistant Store Manager responsible for leading a team, driving daily store performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing operations. Responsible for team leadership, coaching and motivating employees to meet sales targets, overseeing inventory, and optimizing visual merchandising and store layouts to uphold Skechers' brand standards. Key duties include supervising scheduling, opening/closing procedures, restocking, and ensuring confidential handling of information while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; prior experience in sales management and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in sales management, delivering results
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
