Job Summary
Drive daily store performance by mentoring staff to achieve sales goals, executing visual merchandising standards, and managing inventory levels. Oversee operational processes including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and peak-hour support, while proactively resolving customer concerns and addressing operational challenges. Implement strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. This role requires flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts, with a starting rate of $20.30 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Must be able to perform each job responsibility satisforiously
- Must be able to perform each essential function of this job
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
