Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Skechers responsible for supporting the Management Team in operations and team leadership, driving daily performance, mentoring staff, overseeing inventory and visual merchandising, scheduling, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include team leadership, visual merchandising, inventory management, store operations (scheduling, opening/closing), and driving revenue through performance strategies. Requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; fosters a respectful, inclusive environment and maintains confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
