Job Summary
Lead store operations by mentoring staff to achieve sales goals, executing visual merchandising standards, and managing inventory levels. Oversee daily processes including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and peak-hour support, while proactively resolving customer concerns and operational challenges. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for employees and customers. Requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
