Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to ensure product displays meet high standards for style and innovation. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes, occasionally lifting boxes up to 50 lbs during peak operations. Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. This Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in all areas of operations and team leadership at Skechers retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
