Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals while ensuring seamless customer service delivery. Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to maintain high visual merchandising standards. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction. Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. during peak operations. This role supports the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership, contributing directly to the store's profitability and overall success within Skechers' global network.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operational tasks effectively
- Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and success
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
