Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role supports the Management Team in operations management and team leadership; you’ll drive daily store performance, mentor employees, ensure customer service excellence, and oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and scheduling to contribute to store profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, restocking, maintaining store layout standards, overseeing scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and driving revenue growth through performance strategies and target achievement. Requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; age 18+; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and ability to create an inclusive, confidential work environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
