Job Summary
Drive store daily performance by mentoring employees to achieve sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service. Monitor inventory levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to ensure seamless shopping experiences. Oversee store systems including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes while occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs during peak operations. Implement performance strategies to exceed sales targets and proactively resolve operational challenges or customer concerns. Act as a brand ambassador ensuring product displays meet high standards for style and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Must be able to perform each job responsibility satisforiously
- Must be able to perform each essential function of this job
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- An ability to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment
- Acts with a sense of confidentiality and urgency
- Strong organizational skills
