Job Summary
Lead the boutique as the primary host, exemplifying exceptional client service and ensuring personalized, memorable shopping experiences. Drive individual sales performance to contribute at least 20% to the monthly plan while mentoring the team to exceed key performance indicators. Support the Store Manager in all operations, including coaching associates on wardrobing and clienteling, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and resolving client concerns as Manager on Duty. Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate ongoing product knowledge sessions to foster a culture of collaboration. Act as a problem-solver with strong communication skills to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment
