Job Summary
Act as the boutique's primary host, delivering personalized shopping experiences and utilizing selling tools to drive individual sales performance toward the monthly plan. Mentor the team on client engagement, conversion rates, and styling techniques while delivering comprehensive training for new hires and product knowledge sessions. Support the Store Manager in all operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards and resolving client concerns with a solution-driven mindset. Act as Manager on Duty to address issues and foster a culture of trust and collaboration. Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, flexible availability including evenings and holidays, and a passion for fashion. Located at Westfield Century City.
