Job Summary
Supervise, lead, and motivate employees while recruiting, hiring, and providing coaching and training. Control expenses and inventory, display strong merchandising techniques, and perform back office duties using a PC. Unload, receive, and stock merchandise, and prepare and supervise the regular in-house production of confection items in the candy kitchen. Meet sales and profit goals while maintaining an excellent customer service attitude. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior retail management experience
- Customer service and selling experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using an email service
- Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Employment by Russell Stover Chocolates is contingent upon I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Passing the urinalysis drug screen
- Education verification
- Satisfactory reference and background checks
