Job Summary
Lead the sales floor, manage inventory, and oversee the Finish Line checkout process while coaching your Inventory Support Specialist for accuracy. Open and close the store, prepare team members for daily events, and implement monthly merchandise plans to ensure a consistent product story. Develop successors, conduct review processes, and hold your team accountable for revenue goals, KPIs, and VIP program awareness. Maintain 7-day availability to support customers and team needs. Required Qualifications
- 7 day a week availability
- minimum 3 years of retail/consumer sales experience
- 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
