Job Summary
Lead the sales floor and manage opening/closing duties while monitoring inventory, coaching the Inventory Support Specialist, and overseeing the Finish Line checkout process. Own the implementation of monthly merchandise plans, prepare pre-race meetings for team events, and drive the team to meet revenue goals and 100% Commitments. Develop successors through ongoing leadership training and corrective action reviews. Requires 7 days a week availability, minimum 3 years retail experience with 2 in management, and a competitive salary of $25–$30/hr.
Required Qualifications
- 7 day a week availability
- minimum 3 years of retail/consumer sales experience
- 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
