Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, recruiting and coaching staff, enforcing store policies, and managing day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsible for building client relationships and driving store sales through brand-aligned interactions, communicating goals and development updates with the Store Manager, training and motivating the team to maximize sales productivity, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, assisting with payroll and scheduling, supporting merchandising and marketing directives, and contributing to loss prevention and inventory controls. Requires 4+ years of luxury retail sales experience and at least 2+ years of management experience, with strong leadership, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel may be required and weekend/night shifts are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
