Job Summary
Manage store opening and closing operations, ensuring all activities occur as expected while providing a great experience for customers and employees. Act as manager on duty, setting high standards that reflect the company brand image and values. Lead a team of Brand Associates by establishing expectations, goals, and developing talent. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, executing visual merchandising directives and installing marketing fixtures. Improve sales performance by driving key product sales and meeting conversion and transaction metrics. Support marketing events, pop-ups, and new store openings, while managing inventory levels and auditing stock. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to align with store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
- More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives
- High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas
- Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
