Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at POP MART responsible for in-store operations, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Accountable for opening/closing duties, driving sales KPIs (conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trends), and maintaining store standards and visuals. Leads Brand Associates, supports in-store and RoboShop initiatives, and collaborates on marketing events, new store openings, and merchandising plans. Requires leadership experience in retail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Industrial and customer-facing responsibilities include inventory management, back‐of‐house organization, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- More than 2 years of store leadership experience in retail
- Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Confident in engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data-driven decision making and KPI focus
- Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
