Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll act as a Swarovski advocate, deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience, coach and onboard team members to maximize performance, support recruitment and employee development, and drive sales while overseeing store operations (inventory, cash handling, compliance). You’ll step in for the Store Manager as needed and contribute to achieving monthly plans and targets in a luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
- Able to coach, motivate, onboard, and drive performance
