Job Summary
Retail Assistant Store Manager role responsible for leading the front-end operations, developing associates, delivering strong customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the Store Team Leader with payroll budgeting, expense management, banking, shrink reduction, and reporting. Responsibilities include coaching and supervisory duties, ensuring safety and compliance, conducting monthly safety meetings, executing merchandising and price-change activities, managing onboarding and staffing, and performing Team Leader duties as needed to open/close the store. The role focuses on team development, operational excellence, asset protection, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of supervisory retail experience and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; English literacy and professional communication are essential; physical requirements include lifting, standing, and safe operation of a vehicle when needed. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience in a supervisory role within a mid-size to large retail or service-oriented business
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
