Job Summary
Assistant Team Leader at Ollie’s oversees front-end store operations and leads a retail sales team to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include developing Associates, delivering customer service, protecting assets, maintaining store standards and exterior, assigning daily tasks, and performing Team Leader functions such as opening/closing the store and ensuring staffing through hiring/interviewing/onboarding. Requires supervisory retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday seasonal periods. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
