Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager at Ollie's is responsible for leading the retail sales team to ensure an engaging customer experience and efficient store operations. Key responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, and reporting; providing exceptional customer service; maintaining store standards; overseeing hiring and onboarding processes; and performing key management functions as needed. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, retail management experience, and flexibility to work various hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
