Job Summary
Drive total sales and service growth by partnering with management to execute selling techniques, train associates, and foster a sales-focused environment. Lead a customer-centric team through coaching, observing performance, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining visual merchandising and operational efficiency standards. Perform External Key Carrier duties including opening and closing, alarm activation, cash handling, and loss prevention compliance. Work a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role supports the ODP Group's B2B distribution platform and omnichannel presence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's preferred in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and systems
- Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus
- Proven leadership: able to lead, coach, motivate, and manage conflict
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute
- Excellent verbal and written communication; effective collaborator and team player
- Demonstrates business acumen, accountability, and drive for results; makes sound decisions
- Positive, engaging, action-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about our brand, products, services, and solutions
