Job Summary
Drive total sales and service growth by partnering with management to execute selling techniques, train associates, and foster a sales-focused environment. Enhance visual merchandising standards, process merchandise accurately, and identify process improvements to reduce waste. Lead the team by coaching staff, providing performance feedback, and observing independent judgment on associate competencies. As a Key Carrier, maintain building security during manager absence, perform opening and closing duties including alarm activation, cash handling, and daily balancing, while ensuring loss prevention compliance. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities which include but are not limited to opening and closing responsibilities
- Must consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's preferred in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and systems
- Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus
- Proven leadership: able to lead, coach, motivate, and manage conflict
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute
- Excellent verbal and written communication; effective collaborator and team player
- Demonstrates business acumen, accountability, and drive for results; makes sound decisions
- Positive, engaging, action-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about our brand, products, services, and solutions
