Job Summary
Conduct visual merchandising leadership by ensuring merchandise plans, seasonal floor set directives, and store marketing promotions are executed accurately and on time. Drive department performance through consistent priorities, coach staff on brand standards, and deliver world-class customer service while modeling inclusive hiring practices. Oversee visual displays and windows, address employee issues, and lead compliance with loss prevention and health safety policies. Collaborate with the Associate and Store Managers to recruit staff, develop team members, and achieve sales goals for a $6-8 million volume store. Requires a 2-year Associates degree and 3+ years of retail experience with apparel visual merchandising leadership. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Visual Merchandising leadership experience with an apparel retailer
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- at least 3+ years of retail experience in relevant traffic, and volume Retailer
- Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goals
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate employees
- Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude
- Established time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
