Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and supervising staff while leading meetings and maintaining merchandising presentations. Ensure cash handling adheres to policy and drive the store toward meeting budgeted financial performance. Proactively address situations, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks to deliver excellent customer service in a 45+ hour, seven-day work week. Utilize computers, email, and Microsoft Office daily to manage operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in supervision of 15 or more employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail
- one year of supervision experience with successful completion of Goodwill assigned training
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics
- 1 year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, warehouse, fast food, restaurants, B2B accounts, corporate/service industry or any other relevant industry
- 4+ years of military service with one or more years of supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in operating personal computers
- Previous POS or sell systems
