Retail Assistant Store Manager at Vuori in Naperville leads with the Store Manager to guide the sales team, delivering an unforgettable customer experience and upholding Vuori’s brand standards. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, preparing fitting rooms, assisting customers with product knowledge and fit, driving inventory and merchandising tasks, processing shipments and restocks, cycle counts, and maintaining visual merchandising. You’ll motivate the team to meet sales goals in a team-based commission environment, develop relationships with customers, communicate inventory needs, and support opening/closing procedures. Availability required: morning and/or evening, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
