Job Summary
As Assistant Store Manager at SMCP (Maje) located in Aventura Mall, you will lead a dynamic boutique team to deliver an elevated client experience, drive personal sales, mentor and train associates, develop team skills in wardrobing and clienteling, and uphold visual standards and brand guidelines. You’ll support the Store Manager in store operations, coach staff, manage client concerns, act as Manager on Duty, and contribute to achieving KPIs and the store’s monthly sales plan. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. An emphasis on leadership, client engagement, and a passion for fashion and service defines the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
