Job Summary
Coach and onboard team members to maximize performance while acting as a role model for outstanding customer service and brand experience. Drive sales by supporting monthly plans and targets, oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance, and step in for the Store Manager as needed. Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations to build a positive work environment. This full-time role offers a pay range of $21.54 - $25.13 hourly with potential sales incentive bonuses at Swarovski Premium Outlets in Waipahu, HI.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Digital proficiency
- Responsible and able to take ownership
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
