Job Summary
Coach and onboard team members to maximize performance, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales against monthly targets. Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance while acting as a role model for the team. Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed. This role requires 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail and offers a pay range of $24.13–$28.15 hourly with sales incentive bonuses. Located at Staten Island Mall, you will be part of a global brand empowering individuals to express their individuality through crystal-based products and craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Digital proficiency
- Responsible and able to take ownership
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
