Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski, you’ll coach, motivate, and onboard a team to deliver outstanding customer service and a premium brand experience while driving sales and supporting monthly plans and targets. You’ll oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance, step in for the Store Manager as needed, and contribute to recruitment, talent development, and employee relations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a multicultural luxury retail setting with leadership experience, strong customer service and digital skills, ownership mentality, curiosity, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. The role is full-time at the San Marcos Premium Outlet in San Marcos, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Some leadership and coaching experience
