Job Summary
Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates, managing daily store activities, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects while maintaining merchandising guidelines and inventory standards. Provide product knowledge to customers and team members, actively communicate training needs, and maintain safety and security protocols. Unpack inventory boxes weighing up to 30 lbs as required. Maintain personal sales goals and exceed store objectives regarding performance, productivity, and quality. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment requiring constant movement and standing for two consecutive hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment
- Ability to work with large teams
- Great interpersonal skills
