Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in driving sales and operational excellence for the Fabletics store at Christiana Mall. Lead and train store associates, engage customers to deliver an exceptional omnichannel shopping experience, manage daily store activities, communicate inventory and training needs, maintain merchandising standards, and support achievement of KPI targets. Demonstrate leadership, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and help ensure safety and security standards while contributing to a positive team culture and customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment
- Prior retail management experience, a plus
